We provide the complete shop fitting services' lifecycle. There are 4 main stages.
Stage 1: Design We take over after your lease negotiation is completed. We work with you to bring your concept to life from planning, designing and liaising with the relevant parties and authorities in getting your design approved.
Stage 2: Pre Hand OverWe ensure adjustments of works and costs are approved, and premises hand over is ready to commence fit out.
Stage 3: Tenancy Fit outWe fit out to the highest of standards and compliance, and ensure all certificates and approvals are completed.

Stage 4: Open & TradeWe facilitate final inspections, comply with any defects as necessary, ensure the Statement of Completion is issued to you, and get everything else ready for you to Open for trade.
